Pricing is based on the size of your Co-op, so every Co-op receives full access to the complete software, no matter your size.

If your Co-op size exceeds the number of Dwelling Units by up to 10%, you can choose the smaller account size.

For example:
A 325 Unit Co-op can select the 101-300 Unit, a 331 Unit Co-op would need to select the 300-500 Unit Category
