A comprehensive inspections, maintenance and work order process keeps your units and property well maintained, safe to live in and prevent costly repairs.
All pricing is determined by the size of your Co-op, so every Co-op receives full access to the complete software, no matter your size.
If your Co-op size exceeds the number of Dwelling Units by up to 10%,
you can choose the smaller account size.
For example : A 55 Unit Co-op can select the 1-50 Unit.
A 56 Unit Co-op would need to select the 51-100 Unit Category
