A comprehensive inspections, maintenance and work order process keeps your units and property well maintained, safe to live in and prevent costly repairs.

Pricing is based on the size of your Co-op, so every Co-op receives full access to the complete software, no matter your size.

If your Co-op size exceeds the number of Dwelling Units by up to 10%, you can choose the smaller account size.

For example:
A 55 Unit Co-op can select the 1-50 Unit, A 56 Unit Co-op would need to select the 51-100 Unit Category

  • Full Dwelling Unit inspection form set with unit configuration option
  • Inspection forms for building exterior, common areas, grounds and landscaping, stairs and walk ways, play grounds, assets, equipment.
  • "Risk and Safety Assessment" inspection form to comply with the Insurance companies and Co-op Member groups requirements.
  • Unlimited number of Assets, inspections, transactions, work requests and photos.
  • Work calendar Quick Edit forms.
